Ginny's Salad!
by Ginny Miscovey

"Since I don't measure, I can only list the ingredients I use. Amounts vary with the size of the salad...

Salad Greens and Vegetables of your choice
Canola Oil
Red Wine Vinegar
Salt
Coarse Ground Black Pepper
Garlic Salt
Seasoned Salt
Dry Italian Seasoning (just a little)

I sprinkle all seasonings over the top of the salad. Go gently at first-you can always add more. Give a good coating of oil and a splash of vinegar (I use more oil than vinegar). Mix Gently and THEN TASTE, adjust seasonings to your liking.
