The mission statement for our Spiritual Growth Team is "Making the Love of Christ a Reality in Life."

Our team is to ensure the development of a relationship with God among the congregation to live as Christian disciples so that it may reach out to people with the Good News of Jesus Christ. Some of our activities this past year were: Bible studies in the spring and fall, prayer vigils, prayer chain, encouraging Sunday school attendance, and having the whole church participate in our decorating the church for Christmas through a special "Hanging of the Greens" worship service.

Our main objective is to work with the pastor and the Church Council to make spiritual growth a vital part of the congregation's total ministry and to carry out programs for the spiritual welfare and development of the congregation through building our devotional life and providing devotional resources.
